BRAVE! Pitso Mosimane makes massive promise to Al Ahly fans

Al Ahly‘s Pitso Mosimane has done what many other coaches would not dare try, make a big promise on a major achievement by the end of the season.

AL AHLY’S PITSO MOSIMANE PROMISES FIFA CLUB WORLD CUP RETURN

The man who is known as ‘Jingles’ has promised Al Ahly followers he will lead the club to another CAF Champions League title. What a massive promise when you consider the rivals in the competition.

Responding to a heart-warming and encouraging message of support from the club, Pitso Mosimane took the moment to make his big promise.

The club sent a post on social media with the South African coach’s image and a caption that said: “We trust you,” and “In Jingles we trust.”

The Kagiso-born coach then responded to say “We will definitely be back for Club World Cup next year.” In other words, the former Mamelodi Sundowns coach says he will win the current CAF Champions League campaign before the group stage round begins on Friday.

It’s an incredible statement. We have to see how the likes of Esperance, Mamelodi Sundowns, and Wydad Casablanca will respond on the pitch.

ANOTHER PROMISE AT THE CLUB WORLD CUP

Pitso Mosimane’s also offered another promise earlier in the week. As The South African reported on Wednesday, the Egyptian giants fell 2-0 to Brazil’s Palmeiras in the FIFA Club World Cup semi-final in the UAE on Tuesday night.

With a third-fourth place now coming up against either Chelsea or Al Hilal, what has Pitso Mosimane has to say to his club’s fans and the continent?

“We will be fighting for another medal for Africa, and we will do our best to win the CAF Champions League in order to return to the Club World Cup,” said the Kagiso-born coach as quoted by KingFut.
